It started in 2023 with a handful of cricket players and a borrowed field. No jerseys, no scoreboard, no budget — just the idea that Olympia deserved a real sports community.
Four seasons later, OPL has grown into an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit running leagues across cricket, pickleball, basketball, and Badminton (racquet sport) — with 100+ active players, 50+ matches hosted, and a community of 200+ members across Thurston County.
Season 4 is the biggest yet. New team formats, live score dashboards, player stats, and the Season 4 championship weekend at the end of summer.
