These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Olympia Premier League (“OPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at oplsports.org, including league registration, donations, and our SMS/WhatsApp and email notification program. By using our site or registering for an OPL program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Olympia Premier League is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity (EIN: 61-2326701) serving Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and Thurston County, Washington, operating community cricket, pickleball, basketball, badminton, and volleyball leagues.
You agree to use oplsports.org only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the site by anyone else. You must provide accurate information when registering for a league, subscribing to notifications, or contacting us.
Registering for an OPL league or event requires accurate personal information and acceptance of our Participant Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement, which has legal consequences and affects your legal rights. Minors may only be registered by a parent or legal guardian who accepts the waiver on the minor's behalf. Team and league fees, formats, and schedules are subject to change; where fees apply, they are communicated at the point of registration.
By opting in to OPL's SMS or WhatsApp notification program (for example, through our registration form, the Notification Preferences page, or by texting us directly), you agree to the following:
Donations to OPL are made directly via Zelle or other methods described on our Donate page. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under IRC §170. OPL does not process or store payment card or banking credentials.
The OPL name, logo, and site content are the property of Olympia Premier League and may not be used without permission, except as necessary to share or discuss OPL programs in the normal course of participation.
OPL programs involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and subject to the waiver accepted at registration. Our site and communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or participation in our programs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
